Mission
American Eastern Development was formed on a straightforward premise: Syria is entering a period of economic renewal, and American companies have a constructive role to play in it. AED exists to help rebuild that economy and to connect foreign companies and investors to Syrian opportunities — beginning with franchise brands that could enter the market and American businesses weighing whether and how to operate here. We are an American company with people on the ground, and we intend to be useful to both sides of that exchange.
American Eastern Development is an American-owned company, incorporated in Sheridan, Wyoming. It operates under American management and brings American standards of documentation, diligence, and accountability to its work in Syria.
Leadership sits with American management. Local Syrian partners provide regulatory knowledge and operational reach. This combination is what allows an American firm to work credibly inside the market rather than about it.
We work from written diligence, verified counterparts, and clear records of what was assessed and agreed. We would rather tell a client that an opportunity is not ready than present it as more than it is.
Our Approach
The strategy is staged on purpose. We registered as an American company first, put management on the ground in Damascus second, and are now building the local partnership structure and the opportunity pipeline that real mandates require. Each stage is finished before the next is claimed.

The local partnership structure is being finalized. Partners will be named publicly once that structure is complete.
Outlook
Syria's location between the Mediterranean, the Gulf, and Turkey positions it as a regional trade hub. As the economy reopens, that geography is the reason brands, investors, and operators will look at Syria as more than a single national market. AED is positioning early, in the market, to help them do it properly.
